Justin graduated in law from the University of London in 1994. After gaining significant experience in both Crime and Mental Health with a large regional firm, he qualified as a solicitor in 2003. He is recognised as a specialist in the field of Mental Health Law and was appointed to the Law Society’s Mental Health Panel in 2005.
Justin has considerable experience in dealing with all types of Mental Health and Community Care issues. He provides representation in regard to all categories of Mental Health cases at both Mental Health Review Tribunals and Managers’ Hearings.
Justin also sits as an Independent Hospital Manager at a Medium Secure Unit.
Justin is married with two children and enjoys playing snooker and golf in his spare time.
