Kevin Scott is a partner and solicitor in the Immigration department. His speciality is in both asylum and domestic violence cases. He is also accredited as a Level 2 Senior Case worker under the Law Society Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme.
Salma Khan is a private client immigration solicitor, she can speak a number of languages including Urdu, Hindi, Pahari and Punjabi. We aim to translate our knowledge of immigration law in a way which helps your understanding.
As well as a solicitor, Salma is a Level 1 accredited Asylum and Immigration caseworker under the Law Society’s Asylum and Accreditation scheme.
Salma has experience in dealing with a range of Human rights applications, appeals and Judicial review applications and has a keen interest in domestic violence cases. Fixed Fee Consultation Immigration Law
£180 for an hour or £90 for a half hour
We offer an initial, or a one-off, consultation where you can discuss your case with us and we can advise you on the options and the likely cost of proceeding with your case. This meeting can take place at our offices in Aylesbury, or at an alternative location that is more convenient to you.
When you contact us, we will require the following information:
- Your country of origin and present nationality
- How long you have been in the UK
- Your present immigration status
- Any family in the country and their immigration status
- Your name, address and telephone number
- In certain circumstances, the nature of your case or your financial circumstances may make it possible for costs to be covered by legal aid. We will let you know if this is an option.
The hourly rates for an interpreter are around £28 for attendance per hour, £14 for travelling and waiting time per hour and their travelling costs will vary depending on their location. The time to be spent with each client requiring an interpreter may vary according to each individual’s needs.
